Program Description

Bachelor of Science in Environmental Practice

Are you committed to the applications of science and technology in the environmental sector, and to implementing effective, sustainable change that is necessary for our future?

The Bachelor of Science in Environmental Practice at Royal Roads University goes beyond the basics to build the skills, knowledge and next-level insight that you need to have a successful environmental career.

Taught entirely online, this 60 credit program develops your practical skills for a dynamic environmental career. Developed in partnership with ECO Canada (Environmental Careers Organization of Canada), the curriculum aligns with established environmental career paths and fulfills the academic requirements for Environmental Professional (EP) certification consistent with National Occupational Standards. Upon graduation, you will be eligible for certification as an Environmental Professional in-training (EPt).

We offer both a Bachelor of Science and Bachelor of Arts in Environmental Practice as each program maintains a distinct career emphasis, and therefore built-in degree focus tailored to your specific interests. Learn more…
